MEC only has about a dozen stores and they are only located in major city centers. There are so many people in those major cities that there is more than enough business to go around for both MEC and all the LBS. As for the rest of Canada which is made up of small towns, the LBS will continue to be the place to shop because there are no MEC stores in small towns, so your only option is a LBS unless you feel the need to drive 100km to buy a part for your bike. The online retail part of MEC would also have no effect on LBS because there are so many other online retailers including Ebay that already sell Raceface products that one more cant hurt.

Nice video man, good editing. Not a big fan of that lense though, makes it feel like you are looking through the bottom of a coke bottle. Would be nice for one or two shots, but not the whole vid.

I don't get out to ride much these days, but when I do its usually always by myself and I never take a video camera with me, I just go out to enjoy the ride.
